Inspections are always required to ensure completeness,
accuracy and to guarantee we identify your maximum
tax entitlements. We will make every endeavor to
organise inspections within specified working hours
and minimise disruption to your tenant. If for reasons
beyond our control, we are unable to gain access
at the mutually agreed day and time as organised
and agreed with your property manager, except where
cancellations are notified at least 12 hours prior
to inspection time, an additional inspection fee
of up to $110.00 may apply.
By submitting this form I acknowledge

pay the fees plus out of pocket expenses
for local authority searches and strata plans.
